Shipping policy

(18+ only – We do not sell to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.)


1. Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • During busy periods (e.g., sales, seasonal events), processing may take up to 2 working days.


2. Delivery Options & Times

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked – 1–2 working days

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked – 2–4 working days

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed) – Next working day (order before 2:00 PM)

Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed, except for Royal Mail Special Delivery.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery method.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders over a stated value, as advertised on our website.


4. Age Verification on Delivery

  • As per UK law, vaping products cannot be delivered to anyone under 18.

  • Couriers may require ID to verify age before handing over your order.

  • Failure to provide valid ID may result in your order being returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates are available via the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us.

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers are beyond our control.

  • For lost parcels, we will follow the courier’s claims process before issuing a replacement or refund.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.

9. International Shipping

  • We do not currently offer international delivery due to vape/CBD product restrictions in other countries.
